INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Xenon Vault collects information needed to operate the store: contact and delivery details, order contents, support messages, creator applications, marketing preferences, and basic storefront activity. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Xenon Vault.
STORE AND ADVERTISING ANALYTICS
The storefront records activity such as page visits, product views, selected variants, cart actions, device category, and referring website. A random browser identifier may be stored locally to distinguish sessions and measure repeat activity. If you allow advertising analytics, Meta may also receive storefront activity and confirmed purchase information so Xenon Vault can measure advertisements and build relevant audiences.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, secure and improve the storefront, measure performance, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only when requested and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Necessary information may be shared with our hosting, payment, email, production, delivery, and analytics providers to operate the store and complete orders. Current core providers include OpenAI Sites for hosting, Stripe for payment, Printify or another identified production partner for fulfillment, Resend for transactional email, and Meta only when advertising analytics is permitted.
SALE, SHARING, AND ADVERTISING
Xenon Vault does not sell personal information for money. Optional Meta advertising analytics may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. It remains off unless you allow it, and you can change that choice through Cookie Settings in the store footer. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by defaulting to essential-only use.
RETENTION AND YOUR REQUESTS
Creator applications are kept while they are under review and as reasonably needed to document the relationship. Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, tax, disputes, and legal compliance. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or an advertising opt-out by emailing shopxenonvault@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained where legally required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
The store uses essential browser storage for your bag, site preferences, security, and first-party store measurement. Optional Meta advertising technology is loaded—and confirmed purchase data is sent to Meta—only after you choose “Allow analytics.” See the Cookie Policy for details and controls.
CHILDREN
Xenon Vault is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
