DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact Xenon Vault within 14 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible claims will be reviewed for replacement or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Requests may be possible before order processing begins. Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies and is outside Xenon Vault’s control.
