ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are expected to enter shipment within 2–5 business days before carrier transit. This is an estimate based on normal production conditions and may change during high-volume releases.
UNITED STATES DELIVERY
The current collection is available within the United States. Available shipping methods and final charges appear during checkout. Orders of $80 or more qualify for free standard US shipping.
TRACKING
Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, address issues, or carrier delays.
DELAYS AND UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe—or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated—we will provide the legally required option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped item for a prompt refund.
