STORE USE
By using Xenon Vault, you agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, scrape its content, or attempt unauthorized access.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Product photographs are intended to represent each item accurately, but colors, scale, and placement may vary slightly across screens, garment sizes, and production runs. Prices, availability, and promotions may change before checkout.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and confirmation is issued. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Xenon Vault may cancel or refund an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or an undeliverable address.
FULFILLMENT
Some pieces begin production shortly after an order is accepted. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will provide tracking when available and help investigate materially delayed or lost packages.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise credited, Xenon Vault owns its original artwork, graphics, branding, photography, and site content. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or sold without written permission.
CREATOR AND AFFILIATE DISCLOSURES
Creators who receive money, commission, free products, discounts, or another benefit from Xenon Vault must clearly disclose that relationship with each endorsement. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand, and must appear with the endorsement rather than only on a profile or separate page. Endorsements must reflect honest experiences and may not make unsupported product claims.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Xenon Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from store use. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
